The Master Plan of the City of Pilsen was approved by Pilsen City Council Resolution No. 114 of October 19, 1995, and the binding part thereof was promulgated, in accordance with the legislation in force at the time, in the generally binding Decree No. 9/1995 of the Chartered City of Pilsen, on the Binding Parts of the Master Plan of the City of Pilsen.
The binding part of the regional planning documentation is the binding source material for preparing and approving related regional planning documentation and for taking decisions in the region.
The binding part of the Master Plan of the City of Pilsen was promulgated in the generally binding Decree No. 9/1995 of the Chartered City of Pilsen, on the Binding Parts of the Master Plan of the City of Pilsen, as amended.
