There is a number of companies offering tax consulting and training as well as accounting services in Pilsen. Some companies also offer issuing financial statements in English and/or German. There are three important professional associations operating in the Czech Republic in this field: Chamber of Tax Advisers of the Czech Republic; Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic; and the Union of Accountants, a voluntary, independent professional organisation which operates nationwide.
Banking
The Czech banking system has a two-tier structure which is composed of the central issuing bank – the Czech National Bank – and a network of commercial banks. Due to their increasing activity, foreign banks and branch offices are supporting the development of a competitive environment, particularly in relation to the large banks. Specialised financial institutions (insurance companies, etc.) operate here as well.

Agencies focus on creating and analysing job descriptions, fostering the corporate culture, and training and hiring employees. In addition, search and selection agencies also often provide human resources and business consulting, conduct HR audits, and support companies with the transformation process and quality management. A list of agencies and a wealth of other useful information can be found at the Pilsen Employment Office website.
